Returns and Refunds
- All sales are final. Ashmoré does not accept returns, and no refunds will be issued once an order has been processed and shipped.
- Customers are advised to carefully review their order details before completing a purchase.
Order Cancellations
- Customers may request a cancellation within three (3) hours of placing an order.
- Approved cancellations within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund to the original method of payment.
- After the expiration of the three-hour cancellation window, all orders are deemed final and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.
